This Privacy notion applies to user data collected, stored, and processed by Adwise Agency (“Adwise”, “we”) for providing full complex of the ad-serving services. Protection of users data is in high level of care in Adwise, and in comply with the legal provisions of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other data protection provisions if some Countries require that.
Personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. An identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person (Art.4 No. 1 GDPR). Information that cannot be related to a natural person, such as anonymous information, is not mean to be personal information.
Adwise Agency provide services of ad-serving in accordance to various targetings including relevant products for different categories of audiences. For effective use of advertising technologies we proceed collected data about sessions and resources used by users, as well as information about interaction with advertising creatives. Adwise use only cookies as anonymized identifiers for these purposes.
Cookies are small files placed on user’s browser to collect information about experiane in searching and website viewing in worldwide web. Cookies are mainly used to adapt the operation of the website to user expectations, offering a more personalized browsing experience and memorizing the choices user made previously. Adwise Agency collect and process information from user only if have consent from user (Art. 6 (1) lit. a) GDPR) and have a legitimate interest to do so.
The legal bases for the processing of user’s data could be legitimate interest in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. f) GDPR, e. g. Adwise Agency business interests in improving own services for better understanding user needs and expectations; for preventing fraud and ensuring that websites are used completely and without any fraudulent behaviour; for ensuring and guaranteing the security of services.
Legal reasons in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. c) GDPR, if the collection, storage, transfer, or other processing of data is prescribed by law.
In the event that data is processed for a purpose other than the one specified during data collection, a compatibility check takes place in accordance with Sec 6. (4) GDPR. Further processing is only permitted if the original purpose is compatible with the new purpose or is permitted based on a separate legal basis. Recognised compatible purposes include the assertion, exercise, and defence of civil claims unless the data subject has an overriding interest. In this case, Adwise Agency will inform user about the change in purpose. If the new purpose is incompatible with the purpose stated during collection, the new collection will take place based on a new legal basis.
Adwise Agency provide insights to advertisers and publishers in the form of aggregated data. This does not include any individual personal data.
Adwise Agency has implemented security measures, including physical, electronic and administrative safeguards, to prevent the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information collected.
If users wish to access, correct, update, or request the deletion of personal information, them can do so at any time by contacting Adwise Agency. Also, users can object to the processing of personal information, ask Adwise Agency to restrict the processing of personal information or request portability of personal information. If Adwise Agency have collected and processed personal information with user’s consent, then user can withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing Adwise Agency conducted prior to withdrawal, nor will it affect processing of user personal information conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent. Users have the right to complain to a data protection authority about collection and use of personal information. Adwise Agency respond to all requests we receive from individuals wishing to exercise their data protection rights in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
